SC11 Campus Accommodations

Last day to reserve and pay for a dorm room: June 15, 2026

Good news regarding on site conference accommodation: Illinois State University is pleased to offer affordable on-campus housing options in the dorms for anyone attending the 11th Biennial Slayage Conference! Double occupancy rooms, for those who want to stay with a friend, or single occupancy rooms, for those who want a private space, will be available. Whether you choose a single occupancy room or a double occupancy room, linens are included in the cost of your stay.

The dorm rooms are air conditioned! However, we would like you to know in advance that each dorm floor utilizes shared bathroom spaces as each room does not have its own private bath.

Double Occupancy Rooms: $45 per person per night

Single Occupancy Rooms: $55 per person per night

Slayage Campus Accommodations Reservations is a two-step process:

Step 1: Accommodation Payment

To pay for the conference registration please select the room rate and number nights while checking out via PayPal.

*If you would like to pay via PayPal without logging into PayPal using a Credit or Debit Card, select CHECKOUT and follow the instructions for paying with a credit or debit card.

Step 2: Campus Accommodation Information Form

After completing your payment, please fill out the accommodation form to let us know your arrival and departure dates and room type form:
